UK SHIPPING

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

During particularly busy periods, including October to December, dispatch may take 3–4 working days.

Orders placed outside our working hours are processed on the next working day.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

UK Mainland orders generally arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

NORTHERN IRELAND

Northern Ireland deliveries may take up to 5 working days after dispatch.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

PACKAGING

Orders are packed securely and sent in discreet, unmarked packaging.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, severe weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
